By clicking on a specific product, you will see detailed information about the product, as well as prices (all prices include VAT and are in NOK) By clicking on "Add to shopping basket", the selected item is added to the shopping basket which is available above in the right corner at all times. When you have put all the products you want in the basket, you can complete the order by pressing "To checkout". Here you can also edit your order, as well as complete the order itself. Customers purchasing from outside of Norway will notice the Norwegian VAT is excluded from the total check out price.
All prices are stated in NOK and include 25% VAT. Customers have the option of paying in other currencies.
Shipments are sent as a registered package with Norway Post and shipping costs apply. When we receive an order, the goods will normally be packed and shipped within 2-3 days. The package can be tracked, you will automatically receive notifications from the time the shipment is registered until it is ready for delivery. Pick-up notification will also be sent via SMS. Norway Post's indicative forwarding time is 1-3 working days from when we send the goods, depending on where you live.

PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express. or by G Pay or Klarna Invoice/Klarna Partial Payment.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full amount.
We use UPS for international shipping and Helthjem or Bring for items shipped in Norway. We have a fixed price for all purchases shipped in Norway.
As soon as your package has been posted, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided when ordering. It may still take a few hours before the package can be tracked via the shipping provider's systems. Depending on the company used for shipping, not all shipping outside of Norway will have full tracking.
If your delivery is delayed, we will inform you of this as soon as we are aware of it. If we are unable to deliver the item within a reasonable time, you can cancel the purchase. If you have paid in advance and want to cancel the purchase due to delayed delivery, we will refund the amount as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Purchase Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. We offer a 30-day open purchase, which means that you can return the item(s) and get your money back up to 30 days after the time of ordering.
All returns, cancellations, exchanges or complaints are to be notified in advance by email.adr:.email@example.com
For that right of withdrawal to be valid or in the case of returns, the item(s) must be unused, have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
A return form provided in each package. Customers outside of Norway are to pay the return delivery costs.
We naturally strive to always pick the right product, but unfortunately it happens that we make mistakes.
When you have received the products, you should immediately check whether you have received what you ordered, as well as whether the goods have been damaged during transport. If there is something wrong, damaged or missing products, we want you to let us know about this at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event of a complaint, the item(s) must be returned to us and we will process this according to normal routines. Sometimes we have to send the item(s) on to our suppliers for further investigation. If the product can be repaired, this will be done. Contact us at email@example.com to resolve the issue.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
If the item turns out not to be the right size, you may want to exchange. Please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a change. We will immediately be able to confirm and possibly set aside the item you want to exchange for. We will make the necessary agreement on how we can make the exchange process practical.
If you have returned an item to us, we will do what we can to refund what you have paid on the same day that we receive the item(s).
If you have paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your card.
If you have used Invoice or partial payment, we will credit the amount for the item(s). In the event of a full return, the entire invoice will be canceled (Other fees, such as reminder fees, etc. are not cancelled). If you have already paid to Klarna, Klarna will contact you regarding the desired settlement or we will refund you to your account.
If you do not pick up the package or notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, the requirements of the Right of Withdrawal Act § 11 and § 13 are not considered fulfilled, and you thus loose the right to withdraw from the agreement. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of NOK 400 incl. VAT.
CHANGE OF TERMS
We have reserved the right to change the terms and conditions on this website. Questions about terms of purchase please send us an email.
We do our best to ensure that all information is correct at all times. However errors can occur, which can lead to e.g. that stock status is not updated, in this case, please contact us with your request so we can assist you.
Name, address and contact details are necessary to be able to send your order and to contact you if necessary. We are required to keep the information in connection with accounting and for possible return handling.
Your information is only handed over to other relevant parties, such as freight forwarders and accountants. Your information will not be handed over to outside parties, or used for anything other than matters relevant to the delivery.
